Through this label, the organization helps governments, destinations, and companies adapt their products and ensure the safety of all customers, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This is achieved by training 100% of their employees with the organization’s online educational program, “Hospitality meets Diversity,” which covers everything from the history of the LGBTQ+ community to real-life case studies and how to provide the best possible experience to queer travelers and their colleagues.
